In these troubled times 31 March, 2009

UPDATE:  April Fools; these are the 10 planks of Marx’s Communist Manifesto.  Have we gone that road or what?

In these troubled time, we need to put aside our partisan differences and unite behind some simple principles which will better us as a people.  These principles will give us hope and a blueprint for a better tomorrow.  I call upon all thinking Americans to join with me.

1. Free education for all children in public schools. Combination of education with industrial production.

The most important priority is the future of our children. I support efforts to track our children and assign them to areas of career development based upon our judgment and testing.

2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.
Every one must pay his fair share. The tax structure has been giving too much of a break to the top 10%.

3. Abolition of all rights of inheritance.
Reinstate the  Federal & State estate Tax to reduce the gap between rich and poor.

4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.
Foreigners are ruining this country.  I call for the expansion of  the  Patriot Act, Public “law” 99-570 (1986); Executive order 11490, sections 1205, 2002 which gives private land to the Department of Urban Development; the imprisonment of “terrorists” and those who speak out or write against the “government” (1997 Crime/Terrorist Bill); or the IRS confiscation of property without due process. Asset forfeiture laws are used by DEA, IRS, ATF etc…).

5. Centralization of credit in the hands of the state, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly.
I support expanding Tarp and giving Treasury expanded powers in conjunction with the  Federal Reserve which is a privately-owned credit/debt system.   We need to show the bankers how to loan and ensure that the money goes to those who need it most.

6. Centralization of the means of communications and transportation in the hands of the State.
I support muzzling these useless news papers by making them tax exempt non profits unable to bias the political process.  Empower the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to give ownership to the people we deem will uphold local, diverse, and public interests.

7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state, the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.
Private industry has failed our workers in producing a stable manufacturing base.  Let’s have an industrial strategy starting with automobiles and then energy and health care.  We need better guidance of the private sector.  We need better land conservation and land use planning so greedy developers won’t ruin us.

8. Equal liability of all to labor. Establishment of industrial armies.

I support card check and other ways to establish the unity of the working man.

9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries, gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country, by a more equitable distribution of population over the country.

I  support the United Nations strategy of sustainable development and the livable Delaware strategy.

10. Subjugation  of private property and the application of all rents of land to public purposes.
I  support the use of eminent domain for what the public decides is good not some greedy developers.
