Our Mission
STOP–Stop overTaxing Our People is a citizen organization whose purpose is to become the premier taxpayer advocacy organization in Delaware. We will exemplify an informed citizenry to our community and elected leaders. We will educate the community on important and sometimes unnoticed issues in our governments local, state, and federal. We will take the concerns of the citizens to our elected and appointed officials. We will conduct surveys and provide citizen and expert testimony to legislative committees at the local and state level. We will provide forums so that people feel they have a secure avenue to express their concerns. We will help inform the public and media discourse by bringing a focus to issues of interest to the Delaware taxpayer.
